Repucare is headed by Brad Baker, a highly experienced analyst, communications and senior management professional. Brad’s profile can be viewed here.

Brad has a proven record in delivering key business objectives, through developing outstanding communications, over a diverse range of tasks and audiences. His USP is being able to dissect and communicate complexity in copy that is accessible to all. Brad is superbly organised and project focused with the ability to build fantastic working partnerships with all colleagues and stakeholders.

Brad was previously Director of Communications at the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) where he developed and implemented from scratch a clear and effective communications/ PR strategy that successfully engaged a hugely diverse set of stakeholders including mortgage lenders and intermediary firms, consumers, government, FSA , SIGS and the media. MCCB’s work led to a step-change in raising standards in its industry.

As owner of Repucare Limited, one of his key successes to date is as independent consultant and main content author of all customer mailings for Aviva's estate reattribution and fund transfer, which led to the successful allocation of a £2bn inherited estate – through a voluntary customer election in a uniquely volatile market environment.

An MBA graduate of Aston Business School, Brad has a very strong financial services, regulatory/ compliance and reputational comms background and expertise to draw on. He holds mortgage and financial adviser qualifications (CeMAP and FPC) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB).
