Main content author for all customer mailings for Aviva's estate reattribution and fund transfer (Project Wagner) – a hugely complex transaction impacting on 4 million customers (over 12 million mailing items), 62 legacy systems, and leading to successful allocation of a £2bn inherited estate – through a customer election in a uniquely volatile market environment.

Project outcomes - 87% vote return/ 96% YES vote achieved. This is an unprecedented outcome for a voluntary transaction with regulatory restrictions on some campaigning activities. £470million discretionary cash benefit to be shared amongst 800k+ eligible customers in 157 countries. Company gained access to £650 million capital, with immediate profit of £180 million plus £45 million pa.

Work on Aviva's estates reattribution (Project Wagner) was awarded a Marketing Society Award for Excellence 2010.
